Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 November 2026
These terms explain how enquiries, bookings and sessions at Analu Nua are arranged. Please read them alongside our Privacy Notice and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
1. About Analu Nua
Analu Nua is operated by Fiachra Keogh, a sole trader, in Drumcarraig, Drumalee, Cavan, Ireland (Eircode H12 KV60).
- Email: [email protected]
- Telephone: 085 270 3080
- Fiachra Keogh trades as a sole trader: there is no company registration number, and Analu Nua is not registered for VAT.
2. Enquiries and booking confirmation
Sending an enquiry or consultation request does not itself create a confirmed appointment or require you to buy a session.
Before you commit to a booking, we will provide the relevant service description, appointment details, total price, payment arrangements and cancellation terms. A booking is confirmed when we send you confirmation after those details have been agreed.
Please check your confirmation and let us know promptly if anything is incorrect.
3. Suitability and preparation
Suitability must be considered before a session goes ahead. We may need relevant information about your health, medications or other circumstances, and may require advice or clearance from an appropriate healthcare professional.
Please provide accurate information and tell us about relevant changes before your visit. Follow the preparation and equipment-safety instructions supplied for your session. Ask us if any instruction is unclear.
We may postpone or decline a session where it would be inappropriate or where necessary safety requirements cannot be met. Any payment already made will be handled fairly in accordance with the circumstances, the agreed booking terms and your statutory rights.
4. Understanding the services
Website information is provided to help you understand the services and does not constitute an individual diagnosis or a guarantee of results.
Experiences and outcomes vary. Do not stop or change prescribed treatment because of information on this website or participation in a session. Questions about a medical condition should be discussed with your treating clinician.
We will explain the actual equipment, session arrangements and relevant limitations before you proceed. Images identified as illustrations are not representations of our exact equipment, premises or clients.
5. Prices and payment
The total price and any applicable taxes or additional charges will be explained before you book. We will also explain when payment is due and the available payment methods.
An optional extra will not be added without your agreement. Changes to advertised prices will not alter the price of an already confirmed booking unless you agree to a change in the service.
6. Packages and introductory offers
Where a package or introductory offer is available, its conditions will be provided before you accept it. These include the services covered, number of sessions, eligibility, total price, any expiry date, transfer arrangements and applicable cancellation or refund conditions.
An introductory session remains subject to suitability. A complimentary session does not create an obligation to buy a package.
7. Changing or cancelling a booking
Please see our Cancellation Policy for how to request a change or cancellation. Any booking-specific conditions will be made clear before the booking is confirmed and cannot override your statutory rights.
8. If we change or cancel a session
If we need to change a confirmed appointment, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. If we cannot provide the agreed session, you may choose a suitable alternative or a refund for the affected service that has not been provided.
9. Concerns, complaints and refunds
If something is not right, contact [email protected] with your booking details and a short explanation. Please avoid sending detailed health records in an initial email.
We will acknowledge your concern, investigate and explain the proposed next steps. If a service does not meet the standards required by law, you retain any applicable right to a remedy, including a price reduction or refund where the legal conditions are met.
10. Responsibility and your rights
We are responsible for providing our services with the care and skill required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes your statutory consumer rights.
11. Website use and content
Please use this website lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation or access information without authorisation. You may use the website content for personal information; any other use must respect the rights of the relevant content owners.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Those websites operate under their own terms and privacy notices.
12. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms for future bookings. The terms agreed when your booking was confirmed apply to that booking unless a lawful change is agreed with you.
These terms are governed by Irish law, without removing mandatory protections that apply to you under consumer law. This clause does not restrict any right you have to bring proceedings in a court available to you under applicable law.
